still waiting
Still waiting to hear on my machine. It was received in the factory on Monday according to Fed Ex. Shipping one way: 140.85. I'll take any donations! Did I mention labor is 68 bucks an hour?!

Sheesh! I misread your earlier post that mentioned $20 shipping - that was for a QUILT!
Wow. I hope Santa brings you cash donations for the repair and shiping. And I hope the machine makes it up to you once it's back.
